One page to print and keep where you mix. The formula, the U-100 conversions, the concentration for common vial and water combinations, and room to write your own.
The math
- Concentration = vial mg ÷ water mL (gives mg/mL)
- Volume = dose mg ÷ concentration (gives mL)
- Units = volume mL × 100 (U-100 syringe)
1 mg = 1000 mcg. A U-100 syringe is 100 units to 1 mL, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL.

Check the barrel says U-100. A U-40 syringe uses a different scale.

More water lowers the concentration, so the same dose becomes more units to draw. Water changes readability, not strength.
